This glorious mixture of Cavendish, Virginia and Carolina Burley carries an irresistible aroma of vanilla, mango, and exotic citrus.

The Leaf tobaccos for Erinmore are selected from only premium tobacco growing regions of the world. The blend consists of mature Virginia, mellow Burley and sweet dark air-cured tobaccos. It is pressed into cakes, aged and cut into slices providing a mellow and cool smoke with flowery and fruity note.

One of Britain's most popular tobaccos

Ennerdale has been popular for generations and considered the bench mark for all Lakeland tobaccos. It is one of the first that most people try and their journeys through the Lakeland tobacco landscape. One of the more complex aromas of; rum, vanilla, floral extracts, citrus fruit and almond, the result is a highly aromatic tobacco. With a blend of Virginia’s from Africa and South America, with a little Burley from Malawi. Most of these tobaccos are chosen for their sweet taste and ability to soak up the complex top dressings. The use of burley and darker air cured tobaccos keeps the smoke cooler and brings a woody, creamy texture to the smoke. From the pouch Ennerdales sweet and tantalising aroma fills the room, once it is in the pipe and lit the flavours come to life. The draw is sweet and packed full a complex blend of flavours and the finish lasts and lasts. As you would expect the room note on this tobaccos is very pungent and enjoyed by most. Does leave a slight ghosting pipes after prolonged smoking of any Lakeland tobacco.

An Aristocrat quality Canadian, in a plum rustic finish and fitted with a red coloured acrylic mouthpiece.

I came across this pipe during the recent move, it’s an old bulldog shape that I no longer make, it was stamped as shape number 272, but the current 272 is slightly larger.  If I was a younger man, I might consider making this shape again, as it’s a lovely little pipe.

An old, unsmoked meerschaum, from the Jambo factory.  Stamped “Geniune Block Meerschaum” with the number 20, probably the shape number, on the base of the bowl.  The vulcanite mouthpiece has the “Elephant” logo on one side, and “Made in Tanzania” on the other side.  This is one of a number of meerschaums acquired some years ago when Jambo finished.
